Commercial Head DACH

We are seeking a Commercial Head for our client. The chosen candidate will be responsible for guiding the regional commercial strategy, aligning it with the overall objectives of the company and its group strategy.

The Commercial Head's role involves achieving financial and operational targets in the DACH Region, setting and implementing strategic goals in collaboration with the client's group, and leading the commercial team. The individual will also manage relationships with external stakeholders, lead business development efforts, and represent the company within the region.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement and manage the commercial strategy for the region's product portfolio.
  • Meet financial and operational targets.
  • Lead the commercial team, focusing on business value and customer-driven solutions.
  • Handle communications with external stakeholders and lead business development projects.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, health, or business management. Professional certifications are a plus.
  • 10 years of management experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, including leadership roles in commercial regions.
  • Experience across various functions in the pharmaceutical and/or FMCG sector, such as sales and marketing.
  • Leadership experience, including managing high-performance teams across diverse regions.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to conceptualize and execute strategies.
