The role

As Scientific Product Specialist, you will be the scientific domain expert within the company's AI delivery team. Working with scientists, medical writers and quality teams, you will deploy the platform on real studies and connect customer needs with product development. This is a customer-facing delivery role with genuine influence over how the product evolves. You will:

• Configure customer report templates and study-specific workflows.
• Validate the scientific accuracy and quality of AI-generated outputs.
• Guide customers through implementation, adoption and change management.
• Build trusted relationships across scientific, medical-writing and QA stakeholders.
• Translate customer feedback into clear product requirements and new features.
• Manage multiple deployments and priorities in a fast-paced growth environment.

About you

You are an ambitious scientist who understands laboratory workflows and enjoys solving practical problems with customers. You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders confidently and are excited by the potential of AI in drug development. You can turn complex scientific detail into clear decisions and bring structure to work involving several teams. No coding background is required.

• Hands-on experience in laboratory environments.
• Experience in bioanalysis or CMC is preferred.
• A background as a bench scientist, study director or scientific programme lead.
• Experience managing CRO/CDMO partners, lab automation or digital transformation is valuable.
• Comfort learning new technology and working across several customer projects.
