Responsibilities:

• Analyse the pharmaceutical business landscape, addressing regulatory, pricing, reimbursement, and distribution challenges to meet financial and market objectives.
• Cultivate professional relationships with stakeholders, including officials, experts, and distributors.
• Manage the development and execution of the country's financial budget, aligning with company and market needs.
• Lead sales teams, ensuring they meet targets and operate effectively.
• Integrate commercial activities with supply chain and regulatory processes, identifying new business opportunities.
• Establish commercial frameworks to support long-term goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Analytical and creative mindset, with a background in strategic marketing.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to engage and develop teams.
• A tertiary degree in Science, Commerce, or Marketing and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
