This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a multinational name in Healthcare services and will require the successful candidate to reside in or relocate to the area.

We are looking for the Head of Finance who has had full autonomy in running a Healthcare facility, either a large-scale Clinic or hospital. This requirement is a necessity due to the nature of the healthcare sector.

The suitable candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction and commercial strategy of the business. Accountable for leading the Financial Planning and Commercial Finance Agenda, the candidate will be instrumental in driving the production of high-quality financial plans and targets. Collaboration with the CEO, CFO, Leadership team, and the broader business is essential, as well as providing significant commercial value. Acting as a Trusted Business Partner, the Head of Finance will drive efficiencies, optimise business performance, and contribute robustly to the Strategy development process.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary finance expert for system integrations, including ERP replacement and HR and HIS coordination.
• Manage the finance team, leading implementation, business requirements, and workflow improvements in financial systems.
• Oversee system reconciliation and internal control, testing solutions for robustness.
• Serve as the Senior Finance Lead in Riyadh, ensuring accurate reporting and managing entries for precise information.
• Provide financial and non-financial information to senior management and lead budgeting and forecasting for Riyadh Business Units.
• Offer decision support to optimise business performance and prepare business cases for new services in Riyadh Clinics.
• Maintain local financial control, including tasks like cashiering and asset tagging.
• Demonstrate leadership within the Finance Team and fulfil any other duties as directed by the CFO.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Degree and a Professional Accountancy Qualification such as ACCA, ACMA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Financial Controller, ideally in listed or global Healthcare businesses.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, general and sub-ledgers, and financial analysis.
• Skills in cost-based reporting, communication, and teamwork.
• A seasoned professional with over 10 years of relevant experience.
