Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You’ll inherit an established client base across Europe and the US, working with cutting-edge biotech and deep-tech companies at the forefront of AI-driven drug discovery, genomics, and precision medicine.

The role

• Partner with biotech and TechBio companies to deliver specialist recruitment solutions
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor in your market
• Work closely with founders, scientific leaders, and hiring teams to scale high-impact teams
• Develop deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning and emerging tech trends
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets
• Support from a dedicated sales support team who will look after admin tasks, enabling you to focus on building strong relationships and deliver quality campaigns.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant
• Exposure to AI/ML within biotech is advantageous
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine interest in deep tech, AI, and life sciences
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple processes across regions
