We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Partner to lead the launch and development of one of our client's CRM in Saudi Arabia. This role holds full responsibility for driving total business results: building local operations, acquiring and managing clients, and leading market expansion.
The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of the KSA healthcare market with a hands-on, business-builder mindset and experience in digital health, SaaS, or healthcare CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Business Ownership & Growth
- Take full accountability for market launch and operational performance in KSA
- Set and achieve ambitious sales and growth targets
- Develop and manage strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and regulatory stakeholders
Market Intelligence & Setup
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competitor landscape, regulatory requirements, and sector-specific constraints
- Manage the NPHIES integration and certification process, coordinating with technical specialists
- Coordinate product localization efforts, working with developers to adapt the platform to local language and regulatory nuances
Client Acquisition & Account Management
- Build a structured and up-to-date CRM system (Apollo, Bitrix24, Hubspot, etc.)
- Launch and manage marketing and outreach campaigns targeting clinics and healthcare providers
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and upselling
- Deliver customer success, including onboarding, implementation, first-line technical support, and issue resolution
Go-to-Market Execution
- Prepare and customize commercial materials for local clients
- Work closely with internal and external teams to develop new use cases and commercial models
- Continuously optimize the sales process based on local market feedback
Initial Term
- Probation period: 3–9 months, with clear KPIs
- Transition to long-term equity-based partnership based on performance

- Compensation & financial backing from the Managing Partners
- Pre-established pipeline: Warm leads from 200 clinics in Riyadh and 100 in Doha, ready for outreach
- Marketing & back-office support, including a junior outreach assistant
- Direct involvement from the managing partners for high-level negotiations and setup
- Access to existing and future healthcare/life sciences products to expand portfolio offerings
- Ongoing investment in tools, marketing, and company setup once KPIs are met
