As an OTC Product Manager at our client company, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing and development of our over-the-counter product portfolio. Your primary objective will be to drive product growth and increase market share through effective strategic planning and execution.


Responsibilities:


  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and product sales.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify consumer needs and trends, and incorporating these insights into product development plans.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, regulatory affairs, and supply chain, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketing support.
  • Monitoring and analyzing product performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry influencers, and key opinion leaders.
  • Tracking and managing the product lifecycle, including pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements to inform decision-making and maintain compliance.


Qualifications:


  • Nationality: local Saudi is preferred however we are open to ex-pats as well
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business administration, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline is preferred. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing or business administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience in product management within the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry is highly valued. Previous experience specifically in over-the-counter (OTC) product management is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and requirements in the KSA market related to over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, and other relevant regional regulatory bodies, is beneficial.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills are essential for developing effective marketing plans, conducting market research, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence and inspire teams, drive projects forward, and make data-driven decisions. Experience managing and leading teams is advantageous.
