The HR Coordinator role is a vital position within the organisation, responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. The successful candidate will be an organised and motivated individual, eager to contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of the HR team. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or similar.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years related experience.
  • English as a first language is essential.
  • French speaking is a major plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the onboarding and induction process for all new hires.
  • Review and select resumes during hiring processes and update databases accordingly.
  • Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Organise and maintain physical and digital copies of employee records.
  • Prepares new employee files.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Coordinate and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate Learning & development activities.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
