Our client is a leading multinational pharmaceutical company with a strong commitment to innovation, research, and development. They are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Communication Manager to join their team in Riyadh.
The Communication Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies, promoting the brand image, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and manage impactful communications materials and initiatives that drive awareness, understanding, and engagement across the organisation and within the broader community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's goals, objectives, and values.
- Create and manage a range of communication materials, including press releases, presentations, speeches, social media content, and other collateral, ensuring they are consistent with the company's brand and messaging guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated communication campaigns that support product launches, announcements, and other key initiatives.
- 360 roles (internal/external communication) + marketing.
- Writing LinkedIn posts, marketing campaigns, social media, and newspapers.
- Work closely with different business teams.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies and campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with media outlets, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital and social media platforms and strategies, and experience managing social media accounts.
- Dominates use of Excel and PowerPoint.
