We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator, MOH Licenced Pharmacist, that exists with our client.

Our client is a global pharmaceutical organization with branches internationally.

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring Good Pharmaceutical Storage and Distribution Practices for our Client’s operation, in line with MOH requirements and global best practices.

He / She will work closely with the Distribution Manager, the Customer Service team, the Quality team and our client’s 3PL partner to ensure efficient inbound, storage and outbound processes in line with their expected service levels.

Requirements:

• MOH Licensed Pharmacist
• Minimum ofyearsars’ experience within Pharma Warehouse operations in UAE.
• APICS certification or similar advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• ERP knowledge, such as JDE, SAP, etc. is an advantage.
• WMS knowledge is an advantage.
