This world-leading independent developer and manufacturer company is looking to hire for Regional Sales Manager.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage a sales team of 7. This role will oversee the Northeast and ensure the growth of the region in terms of sales and profit targets.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the marketing and sales strategy in Northeast Germany, taking into account the sales and profit targets
- External representation of the company, independent implementation of sales talks, surgical participation, negotiations and customer appointments.
- Strategy development and strategy implementation for the German market.
- Establishing and maintaining contacts with opinion leaders, KOLs (senior physicians, senior physicians, surgical management, purchasing and business managers and those responsible for practices).
- Development of economic arguments for customer benefit to strengthen our market presence and product positioning.
- Participation in national and international events and congresses
- Processing and observation of the market, area and customer groups, as well as monitoring of competitive activities
Requirements:
- Completed business studies or equivalent training with many years of practical industry and sales experience.
- Sales personality in the field of medical devices with a strong will to succeed and close, ideally with expertise in the field of surgery.
- Commercially astute with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and an understanding of aligning business interests of revenue, margin and profit growth with client needs
- Leadership skills
- Class B driver’s license & regular travel activities.
- German Language fluency.
