Our client is a world leader in wound care and advanced bio-product manufacturing. They work with doctors, researchers, and nurses toward the best outcomes for their patients by developing the highest quality products and capturing clinical data to generate evidence for the use of our products.

As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and programs to help grow the company’s market share in the industry. You will work closely with all areas of the company to ensure that it is aligned with the overall strategic vision of the company. You will also develop and manage budgets, as well as be responsible for generating revenue and increasing shareholder value through your effort.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing team of 7 people
  • Development and execution of upstream and down-stream marketing plans
  • Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinates
  • and oversees this activity. Monitor trends.
  • R&D, Regs and M&A Support & Collaboration and Support to MDR Project
  • Recommend short- and long-term Organization goals and objectives to the Business
  • Unit Director

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in global marketing, communications, or public relations with demonstrated success, preferably in the not-for-profit or association sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, and public relations preferred. A graduate degree in a related field is desirable
  • Experience within BioSurgical Technology Segment – specifically in one of the following Ortho, Spine, CV, Trauma
  • Lingual Skills (German or Spanish) preferred but not required
