HR Business Partner

Are you a strategic HR professional with a passion for driving organisational growth and transformation? Do you excel in dynamic, multinational environments and want to make a tangible impact?

We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead and implement the HR strategy for the KSA+ markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, influence talent acquisition, shape HR policies, and contribute directly to the business’s growth and success.

About the Company

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR business partner, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
  • Develop and implement the Culture & People Agenda for KSA+
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs
  • Lead organisational transformation and change management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and industry best practices
  • Support business growth by analysing market trends, competitor activities, and P&L impacts
