AI Project Manager

Rouen, France

We have partnered with an established organisation within the healthcare sector is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AI Project Manager to lead the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions aimed at enhancing autonomy and operational efficiency. Based in Rouen, this role plays a key part in identifying opportunities for AI integration, overseeing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the successful deployment of tools to support various business functions, including regulatory, commercial, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI-driven projects from initial concept through to successful implementation, with a focus on workflow improvement and automation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess needs, set objectives, and develop tailored AI solutions
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects align with broader organisational goals
  • Coordinate with technical partners and service providers for development and system integration
  • Track project performance and apply ongoing improvements post-launch
  • Ensure all initiatives comply with relevant data protection and ethical standards

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or technology industries
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their application in business operations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
