Accountant Business Analyst

Our Client is looking for a Finance Business Analyst to work on the implementation of an EMR system. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, business analysis, and/or healthcare. This is a full-time position with benefits, located in Dubai, UAE. We’re looking for someone who can help our clients manage their financial risks by analysing the financial statements and budgets. You’ll provide recommendations for improving the company’s overall financial health, including how they can improve their cash flow and liquidity management. You’ll also be responsible for developing plans to prevent fraud or misuse of funds by employees or vendors.

Your goal as a Finance Business Analyst will be to ensure that the company has an efficient system in place so that they can meet all financial obligations on time while minimising expenses wherever possible.


  • Develop expert knowledge of the business’ operations within the specialist area
  • Current and future state process mapping for the specialist area
  • Requirements gathering
  • System configuration for a specialist area
  • Support the cutover and transition period for the specialist area
  • Lead on communication and engagement for the specialist area
  • Lead on business benefits management for the specialist area
  • Liaise with the test manager to sign off test scripts
  • Implementing new financial systems based on client needs
  • Managing budgets within financial parameters set by management
  • Reviewing reports and data analysis to identify trends that may require changes in current business practices

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in implementing ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365, to multi-site organisations
  • Experienced financial controller in a blue-chip company or equivalent
  • Previous experience in implementing reporting and planning systems e.g., Oracle
  • CCAB qualified, or equivalent e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA
  • Experience in EMR configuration is highly desirable
  • Experience in Change Management within EMR and ERP implementation projects
  • Knowledge of finance processes within a KSA healthcare environment
  • Has direct experience and understanding of documenting requirements related to KSA financial processes
  • Knowledge of Saudi-specific billing and finance requirements.
